MODE OF OPERATION

The smoke from wood ovens enters the unit and comes into cantact with the nebulized water.
The water absorbs carbon monoxide, while the soot and particulate matter become water logged.
The water and carbon monoxide, the soot, and the particulate matter drop to the bottom of the unit, exiting through the surface drain.
Clean smoke proceeds through the unit, exiting into the chimney.
